Hi-Point Dental Lab has a technical team with the knowledge and skill to handle the most advanced concepts in Dentistry.  Hi-Point has the experience to meet the treatment needs of any patient that requires fixed, implant supported, or hybrid prostheses.

Hi-Point specializes in the fabrication a wide range of dental services. We are accustomed to working within strict time frames and we understand there may be a level of urgency required by your patient. We are able to accommodate changing needs at a moment’s notice. Hi-Point’s management team understands the attention to detail that we must maintain to undertake extreme cases.

We employ only the best trained technicians. Our technicians are assigned to specific parts of any project based on the strengths and knowledge they possess, to ensure quality work and a high esthetic result.

Hi-Point has highly skilled technicians, state of the art equipment, and FDA approved materials to complete your cases on a consistent basis.  We are equipped with a case management system that keeps workflow organized.

The Dental Lifeline Network Program serves disabled and aged people who cannot afford needed dental treatment and have no other way of getting help. Qualified applicants must be permanently disabled, chronically ill, or elderly. Each person’s condition must be severe enough to prohibit or significantly limit gainful employment. In addition, they can neither afford dental care nor receive it through other programs. They must need extensive treatment, not just a cleaning and check-up.

Everything is made in the USA in our 5,000 square foot facility using the highest quality materials and the most sophisticated technology. Everything we create with your patient’s safety in mind, and we promise to never sacrifice our standards.

POLICY

Our Guarantee
Hi-Point Dental Lab guarantees that all products used to fabricate prosthetics in our laboratory are FDA approved and meet necessary government standards. Disinfections of all cases entering and leaving our facility are done in compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA standards.
Online Lab Slip Policy
Hi-Point Dental Laboratory manufactures all dental restorations by instruction from a licensed practicing dentist, by submitting a lab prescription.
Remake Policy
If a dental restoration is seated or placed and then fails, the laboratory will repair or replace the restoration without charge for the cost of materials and labor, or refund the original price paid, at the labs discrepancy as follows
Warranty Policy
Natural teeth, single unit restorations:
PFM (Porcelain fused to metal) (any type) – 5 years
Full Contour Zirconia – 5 years
Emax (Lithium Disilicate) - 5 years
Transition crowns (temporaries) – 2 years

Implant, single unit restorations:
PFM (porcelain fused to metal) (any type) – 1 year (Half Charge for 3 years after the warranty)
Full contour zirconia – 1 year - (Half Charge for 3 years after the warranty)

Hybrid Dentures, Multiunit screw retained
Titanium Bar, set in acrylic denture – 1 year
Full contour zirconia milled bar – 1 year
*If the failure is due to defective materials or manufacturing

Dentures, (immediate and provisional) Stents, Surgical guides, Night guards and all other dental devices
30 day warranty if the failure is due to defects in the materials or manufacturing

This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to patients. Any other repairs or adjustments and replacements will the responsibility of the prescribing dentist. The laboratory will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages from the use of a restoration, weather intentional or unintentional.
Payment Policy
We accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards

By submitting a prescription with your work order detail, you agree to pay for our products and services in full.

Each case completed will be returned with an invoice. A statement will be provided at the end of each month. Payment of the statement balance is due upon receipt. Interest charges will be added to past due accounts.

Hi-Point Dental Lab reserves the right to charge interest on past due accounts.

Past Due Accounts - If payment is not received within 30 days from the statement date, your account will be considered past due. If payment is not received within 60 days from the original statement date, your account will begin receiving a late fee of 2% per month.
