E-MAX

IPS e.max ®  is made of monolithic lithium disilicate ceramic and delivers outstanding esthetics and precision fit. An affordable alternative to PFMs and zirconia-based restorations, IPS e.max can be pressed or milled using Enhanced CEREC ®  software and the Sirona inLab ®  MC XL milling machine.

Prescribe IPS e.max to achieve optimal esthetics, virtually perfect contacts and occlusion, and impressive strength. Its unique lithium disilicate ceramic provides flexural strength of 360–400 MPa, making it the ideal high-strength

solution for single-unit anterior or posterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, screw-retained implant crowns, 3-unit anterior bridges or restorations with minimum preparation dimensions.

Conventionally cement using resin ionomer cements or bond for maximum retention on nonretentive preparations. Lithium disilicate ceramic is biocompatible and provides more than double the flexural strength of IPS Empress ®  Esthetic.

FULL ZIRCONIA

Full Contour Zirconia is a monolithic zirconia crown, bridge, screw-retained implant crown, inlay or onlay with no porcelain overlay. First launched as being “More Brawn Than Beauty,” the material was originally intended to provide a durable, more esthetic alternative to posterior metal occlusal PFMs or cast gold restorations for demanding situations like heavy grinders, implant restorations and areas with limited occlusal space. Now, thanks to the new Full Contour Zirconia restorations exhibit improved translucency and color similar to natural dentition, making them a restorative option in the anterior as well. Complete color penetration all the way through the restorations ensures greater shade consistency and prevents any shade change after occlusal adjustment.

LAYERED ZIRCONIA

With layered zirconia there is no metal to show through and no unsightly black lines at the gingival margins. Layered zirconia crowns and bridges are cemented conventionally with resin ionomers cement and demonstrate outstanding biocompatibility in the mouth. They can easily be adjusted chair-side with a green stone or a diamond bur.

Layered zirconia restorations combine both the highest esthetics and the strength and flexibility you need for all posterior and anterior cases. The zirconia substructure typically has a flexural strength of 1200 MPa, comparing favorably to traditional porcelain fused to metal crowns. Additionally, extensive laboratory testing has shown the fracture toughness and flexural strength of zirconia are significantly higher than that of alumina or any other all- ceramic materials.

PFM

PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal) prosthetics are still the most widely prescribed replacement for natural dentition. The PFM crown is a tried-and- true restoration that provides strength and durability. It could be the only option for those difficult and complex situations that require precision attachments, or require high strength in situations with minimal room. PFM crowns look like natural teeth and are stronger than all-ceramic crowns.

Porcelain fused to metal crowns remain one of dentistry′s primary restorations of choice because, when properly constructed and seated, they are strong, reliable and esthetic. The porcelains used at our lab incorporate optical properties that parallel natural tooth structure resulting in superior esthetics.

  • Tried and true.
  • Strength and durability.
  • Good for large-span bridges.
  • Versatility
  • Restoration lifespan can be 30 years or more with good oral hygiene practices

High noble yellow – Precious

hese alloys have over 60% noble metal (gold, platinum, palladium) content. Our high precious alloy contains more than 80% gold. High noble metal is one of the easiest alloys to adjust. Yellow gold high noble alloy offers the best esthetics over any other PFM restoration.

High noble white – Semiprecious

These alloys have over 60% noble metal (gold, platinum, palladium) content. Our semi-precious alloy contains more than 50% gold. Semi-precious crowns offer a more hypoallergenic restoration over base metal crowns at a more affordable cost over precious crowns.

Noble alloys – Palladium base

These alloys have over 25% noble metal (gold, platinum, palladium) content. Our noble alloy contains primarily palladium and silver, and provide the most affordable noble metal option.

Base Metal – Nonprecious

Base metal alloys are considered to be the most economical PFM restoration. Our base metal alloys do not contain nickel and beryllium.
