Everything is made in the USA in our 15,000 square foot facility using the highest quality materials and the most sophisticated technology. Everything we create with your patient’s safety in mind, and we promise to never sacrifice our standards.
We are among the few Dental Labs that have the most advanced equipment. At Hi-Point, we take a Hi-Tech approach and our facility reflects those beliefs. Our Guarantee
Hi-Point Dental Lab guarantees that all products used to fabricate prosthetics in our laboratory are FDA approved and meet necessary government standards. Disinfections of all cases entering and leaving our facility are done in compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA standards.
Online Lab Slip Policy
Hi-Point Dental Laboratory manufactures all dental restorations by instruction from a licensed practicing dentist, by submitting a lab prescription.
Remake Policy
If a dental restoration is seated or placed and then fails, the laboratory will repair or replace the restoration without charge for the cost of materials and labor, or refund the original price paid, at the labs discrepancy as follows
Payment Policy
We accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards
By submitting a prescription with your work order detail, you agree to pay for our products and services in full.
Each case completed will be returned with an invoice. A statement will be provided at the end of each month. Payment of the statement balance is due upon receipt. Interest charges will be added to past due accounts.
Hi-Point Dental Lab reserves the right to charge interest on past due accounts.
Past Due Accounts – If payment is not received within 30 days from the statement date, your account will be considered past due. If payment is not received within 60 days from the original statement date, your account will begin receiving a late fee of 2% per month.

Natural teeth, single unit restorations:
PFM (Porcelain fused to metal) (any type) – 5 years
Full Contour Zirconia – 5 years
Emax (Lithium Disilicate) – 5 years
